How much should I tutor my little brother a day?

His goal is to get straigth As in his classes. But the B+ in math is taking it away. I tell him to not worry hes doing fine. His reply, But its my goal for the last marking period!
So how much hours should I tutor him in math a day? Well he asked me to. I was think 60-90 minutes a day? I just want to know, ok?

I think 30 minutes is the recommendation.

two hours, with a small break in between, and a quick pop quiz before dinner/bed.

however long he can concentrate for; if he isn’t in a mood to learn, you’r not going to teach much (maybe keep it down to 30 mins). If he’s really up for learning, then he should be determining how long he spends on it; he will be asking questions and telling you what he doesn’t understand (he might want to continue for say 2 hours)

Depends on his age and regular schedule. Probably about an hour maybe less, 2 on weekends – DO NOT skip weekends!
    You’re a great big sister.

I think half a hour a day would be about right. You don’t want to try and ram too much into his head at once, or there won’t be any room left to think about it! That, and there needs to be room in his brain for other subjects. I’d suggest using something other than his school textbook to tutor him. More of the same won’t improve his mathematical ability. Maybe work through the Life of Fred books? They aren’t too expensive and they will be very different to what he does at school.
